The windows must be clean and free of any significant cracks, chips and stains.
The carpets must be free from any significant stains, rips, fading and soiling.
The seat upholstery must be free from any significant stains, rips, fading and soiling.
How to get your Bus and Coach Star Rating
As bus and coach operators we know you are busy, so we have designed this process to be as simple as possible. When verifying your fleet, you only need to verify one coach per star rating. The rating is a reflection of your vehicle fleet, not per vehicle. It is then up to your discretion to assign whatever vehicle fits with a customer’s expectations.
